De-mystifying Mysticism: God 4.0 with Lesley Andrews

As the inspirational core of religion, mystic experience is possibly more cloked in dated metaphor and obscure language than other spiritual subjects. The study of physiology and neurology in the last 100 years demonstrates how mystical altered states are rooted in human nature. The proposition Robert Ornstein makes in God 4.0 is that current and developing knowledge of altered states of consciousness can be the basis to update our knowledge and use of such experiences.
